Planet Thrift is designed as a traveling national event. Each show will be hosted in a large indoor venue (like convention centers or arenas) in different cities across the country. Exact locations will be listed on each event’s page here

Vendor booths are secured through our official vendor application process and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability for each city and event.
To apply:
Visit the “Become a Vendor” section on our website.
Select the city and event you’re interested in and complete the vendor application through our Eventeny system.
Once approved and your booth tier is selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email and welcome package with next steps and event details.
Booth sizes, pricing, and availability vary by city and will be clearly listed on each event’s vendor application page.

We’re primarily looking for:
Vintage clothing vendors, Vintage sneakers & accessories, Collectible and toy sellers, Upcycled / reworked clothing, Vintage home goods, antiques, decor and art.
Please note: We generally do not accept vendors selling only new, mass-produced products unless it's an official partner.

Planet Thrift offers three vendor booth tiers, allowing vendors to choose the space that best fits their setup and inventory needs:
Silver Tier: One 10’ × 10’ booth
Gold Tier: One 10’ × 20’ booth
Platinum Tier: One 20’ × 20’ booth
Each tier includes different booth sizes and vendor access levels. Exact pricing, availability, and event-specific details are available here and will be listed on each city’s vendor application page via Eventeny.

No. Planet Thrift is not responsible for providing any tables, racks, or display fixtures. All vendor booths are space only, and vendors are fully responsible for bringing any tables, racks, shelving, or setup materials needed for their booth.
Detailed load-in information and setup guidelines will be provided in the vendor welcome packet for each event.

No — food and beverage sales are reserved for the venue due to licensing and health regulations. If you’re a food and beverage brand interested in partnering, please contact us directly.
VENDORS

Most vendors will accept cash, card, and/or mobile payments (Cash App, Venmo, etc.), but it varies by vendor. We recommend:
Bringing some cash for flexibility
Having your banking app or mobile wallet ready.

Many venues will have ATMs, but availability isn’t guaranteed. Check the event info for your city, and plan ahead if you prefer using cash.

No. All Planet Thrift purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes vendor booth fees, ticket admissions, and any add-ons.Because Planet Thrift events are planned, produced, and reserved in advance at indoor convention centers, all sales are final regardless of changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues.
In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, purchases remain non-refundable.

Planet Thrift events are held indoors at convention centers, making cancellations due to weather or outside conditions extremely unlikely.
Our top priority is always the safety of our vendors, staff, and attendees.
In the rare event that an event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control — such as venue-related issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances — Planet Thrift maintains a no-refund policy. All vendor booth purchases and ticket admissions are non-refundable.
If a cancellation were to occur, all registered vendors and ticket holders would be notified with additional information and next steps.

Tickets typically go on sale a few weeks before each event. Follow Planet Thrift on social media and join our email/text list to be the first to know when your city drops.

Yes — if we are not sold out.
Door tickets are General Admission only.
Once we hit venue capacity, door sales may stop.We strongly recommend buying in advance to guarantee entry.

Adults & teens: Everyone over the age of 13+ will need a paid ticket.
Kids: We offer free admission for younger children (exact age cutoff will be listed on each event’s page).
Please check the specific event listing for your city for final age/ticket policies.

Yes. Early Entry / VIP tickets are available, for every city.
These tickets allow guests to enter before General Admission; however, quantities are very limited and may sell out quickly.Availability and details will be listed on each event’s ticket page.

Yes. Re-entry is allowed.
Guests will receive a wristband that must remain on to re-enter the event. Wristbands may not be removed, transferred, or shared. -
Tickets are non-refundable. Policies on transfers or name changes will be clearly stated on the ticketing page at checkout. Please read those terms carefully before purchasing.

Planet Thrift focuses on vintage, second-hand, and hand-made items. You’ll typically find:
Vintage t-shirts, denim, jackets, dresses, and outerwear
Sportswear, band tees, workwear, sneakers, and streetwear
Collectibles, toys, posters, art, home decor, and oddities
Handmade or upcycled pieces that complement the vintage scene
Exact offerings vary by vendor and city. -
The majority of what you’ll see will be vintage or pre-owned. Some vendors may bring modern or reworked pieces that fit the overall Planet Thrift vibe, but the focus is definitely on vintage and collectible goods.

Prices vary from booth to booth and piece to piece. You’ll see:
Budget racks and bundle deals
Mid-range items & Higher-end grails and rare collectibles
Please don’t expect “thrift store” prices. Every piece has been sourced, cleaned, transported, and curated by vendors who’ve spent serious time hunting for them. -
Many vendors are open to reasonable offers and bundle deals, especially if you’re picking up multiple items. Be respectful; it’s up to each vendor how they choose to price and negotiate.

Yes. Planet Thrift releases exclusive merchandise at each event, available for purchase on-site only.

No. Each Planet Thrift event features city-specific, limited-edition merchandise. Designs are unique to that event and will not be restocked once the event ends.

Yes.
Each city will feature a one-of-a-kind Planet Thrift tote, designed by a local artist from that city and sold exclusively at that event.20% of all tote sales go directly back to the artist.
